While we do our best to provide a easy and consistent chat service there sometimes can be troubles.
We're more than happy to try and help.
Staff and other members are willing to provide their assistance so please work with them.

All support requests must follow these guidelines.
1.) Post must not post any personally identifiable information.
2.) Post must not contain colors or images.
3.) Subject must give basic overview of trouble.
4.) Message should contain information about the issue you're having as well as any errors and troubleshooting steps you've followed.
5.) No inflammatory/foul language.

Staff may decide that the item you're requesting support for is out of scope. We cannot assist you with third party programs or advanced troubleshooting for internet issues.

Staff may remove your post if you violate the rules.
